Terms of Service

The service
KidSlot helps you discover activities and monitors registration windows. We provide information and alerts. We do not control activity providers, their availability, pricing, or policies.
No guarantee of placement
We monitor, we alert, and we help you move faster. We never guarantee that a spot will be available or that you will secure registration.
Founding-family period
You can create your family profile and use KidSlot’s free features without a card. KidSlot Membership ($49/month) is optional and self-serve: you choose if and when to start it from your account, you authorize the charge yourself through our payment provider’s secure checkout, and nothing is charged without that direct action from you.
Concierge success fee
Concierge is a one-time, success-based, human-assisted service — not a subscription — and it is currently invite-only. Nothing is charged when you request it and we do not collect payment details up front. If we secure the spot, we contact you to arrange the $99 success fee; if we do not, there is no KidSlot fee. Provider tuition, deposits and other provider fees are always separate and are never collected as part of the KidSlot fee. A person does this work. We never log in as you, never ask for your passwords, never bypass CAPTCHAs or other human-verification steps, and never submit your payment details on your behalf.
Billing and cancellation
KidSlot Membership is $49 per month and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period and you keep membership access until then. After that your account stays open and your family’s history and saved activities remain available to you — what stops is membership planning and your paid watch capacity. Concierge is billed separately as described above. Payments are processed by our payment provider; taxes may apply depending on your billing address.
Acceptable use
Use KidSlot for your own family. Don’t misuse the service, scrape it, or attempt to disrupt monitoring for other parents.
