Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Account details (parent name, email, phone, ZIP), child profiles you create (name, age, grade, school, interests), your preferences (budget, drive radius, schedule), and your watchlist and concierge requests. If you start a KidSlot Membership, our payment provider processes your payment and we store only billing metadata it returns to us — never full card numbers, which we never see.
How we use it
To personalize recommendations, monitor registration windows and alert you, and fulfill the concierge requests you submit, and to operate your membership billing if you have one.
What we learn from how you use KidSlot
We record which plans you keep, refine, reject or share, and which activities you save — and turn that into suggestions you can accept, adjust or dismiss. Suggestions never change your preferences on their own, we never infer sensitive characteristics about your family, and you can turn this off, inspect what we have learned, and reset it from your account.
Automated tools and our AI provider
We use automated tools to help draft summaries, weekend plans and alerts. When we do, a minimized request goes to an external AI provider acting as our processor. It never receives your child’s name, exact date of birth, school, grade, exact address, ZIP or any account identifier. Where a plan must accommodate an accessibility need, only what is necessary is sent, stripped of anything identifying, and it is never used for unrelated purposes or advertising. Nothing is registered, paid or booked on your behalf without your authorization.
Children’s data
KidSlot is a tool for parents. Child profiles are created and controlled by the parent account holder. We collect the minimum needed to match activities and never sell children’s information.
Before you have an account
If you ask us to bring KidSlot to your city or join a waitlist, we keep your email, ZIP and your children’s age ranges — never their names or birthdays — so we can group demand by metro. You can withdraw that request at any time from the link in the form. While you are filling in signup, your draft is kept in your own browser so you can finish later, and it is discarded automatically within a day if you do not.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate KidSlot (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the AI provider described above) under contract, and with activity providers only as needed to fulfill a concierge request you initiate. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can see and correct your family’s information from your account at any time, and manage notifications per channel. To receive a copy of your data or have your account and your family’s data deleted, email privacy@MyKidSlot.com and we will action it for you.
